Our Story
The Unicover story began in 1975 with two young fellas working in the pickup industry with a deep desire to venture out on their own. The direction came from my dad when he said "Why don't you do what you know, build pickup caps." That made sense to us, and soon we were off and running building pickup caps in one of Dad's farm buildings.
Dad had enough confidence in the venture to become a partner. Soon my son, Brad joined the company and is currently the General Manager. My daughter, Cheila, has since joined the management staff making it a real family affair.
Over the past 40 years Unicover has developed an extensive network, supplying dealers with aluminum, fiberglass and commercial grade pickup caps. Our commitment to our customers is to provide the highest quality product at a reasonable price. The reward has been 40 years of success.
Our staff of hardworking Midwest folks are committed to our customers and know how to "do it right".
